Bay-Mar Realty, Inc. was founded in Bristol by William Bayne Sr. in 1968. From the beginning, the company was built around local knowledge, professional service, and a commitment to helping members of the community make informed real estate decisions.
Becoming Part of CENTURY 21®
In 1982, Scott Bayne became President of Bay-Mar Realty. As the company continued growing, its leadership recognized an opportunity to expand the brokerage’s market presence and provide its clients and agents with access to greater resources.
The firm chose to become a CENTURY 21 franchise, joining one of the most widely recognized names in the real estate industry.
